2008 will mark Lindsay’s third year with Rolls-Royce as a full-time employee. She joined Toastmasters shortly after they became a chartered club in April 2007. Her Toastmaster’s goal is to complete both the Competent Communicator and Competent Leadership manuals within the first year of her membership to put her many steps closer to achieving her professional goal of becoming a better speaker and leader.

Craig Hamilton is a Design Engineer for Volt Technical Services and is currently contracted to do work for Rolls-Royce North America in their Cost Excellence department. There he uses Unigraphics and other engineering tools to generate cost-savings ideas in the procurement, design, manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of the various Rolls-Royce aircraft engines. Prior to his current position, Craig worked for Butler International in West Lafayette as a project engineer, and before that the U.S. Naval Air Systems at Patuxent River, Maryland, in the Air Vehicle Structures Division. Craig graduated in 2001 from Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He and his wife, Aileen, have a son and daughter. Craig is enjoying Toastmasters and has hopes of using his developing skills to speak professionally and to eventually enter into politics.

Larry joined Rolls-Royce in 1999 as a Commodity Manager for castings and forgings in Mount Vernon. He was transferred to Indianapolis in 2002 and worked in various Purchasing positions until joining Operations in 2007 as a Program Manager in New Product Introduction.

Larry graduated from Ohio State University and is a rabid Buckeye fan. He is married with 2 children and a granddaughter. Larry joined Toastmasters in 2008 seeking to improve his public speaking skills. He was very impressed with the structure, format and the overall atmosphere of the club from the beginning, and he hopes to add to the club and to be able get to know the other members.

In February 2008, he became one of our newest members of Toastmasters. He is very enthusiastic and is looking forward to coming to the fun and enjoyable meetings.
